My name is Eleanor Akaho and I’m the Founder of Ellementes. I grew up with a head full of ideas about the future I wanted to build for myself and it would have been great to get some professional guidance … but I also grew up in nineties’ and noughties’ inner city London as the daughter of Ghanaians! Can you imagine me asking my parents to use their hard-earned money to fund something as “frivolous” as coaching?! I dare not dream…

Ellementes  has one main mission: lifting women up! I aim to do this by making coaching more accessible to women and girls  who aren’t from affluent backgrounds.
